6 ounces whole milk
2 ounces water
2 ounces masala chai (spice and tea blend of choice)
1 egg white
2 ounces bourbon or whiskey
Dash of cinnamon
Dehydrated edible flower

DIRECTIONS

Heat the milk and water in a saucepan on low heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, add in the masala chai and steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired flavor is reached. Strain contents into a shaker tin and add egg white, bourbon, and dash of cinnamon. Dry shake the contents until nice and foamy, then add a few ice cubes and shake again vigorously. Strain contents into a cocktail glass and garnish with a dehydrated edible flower. Take a sip, put on a Santa outfi€t, and respectfully do some yoga poses while you wait for guests to arrive.

Bonus Holiday Mind-Vitamin

“Chai” is the Hindi word for tea, derived from the Chinese word “cha.” So saying chai tea is like saying tea tea, and no one wants to drink that! So say “masala chai” instead, as masala means spice.
