Fall Recipes – Sweet Potatoes
Recipes and Photography by Kelly Yandell

Given its place of prestige, it only seems right that there are two East Texas festivals honoring this tuberous root. On October 18-20, there’s the East Texas Yamboree in Gilmer, and on the fourth Saturday in October the town of Golden sponsors its festival.
