Summer Lovin’ Cocktail

1 ½ ounce WildBark Gin
¾ ounce Blanc Vermouth
¾ ounce lemon juice
Soda water
Angostura bitters
Cucumber, sliced
Fresh mint

Combine gin, vermouth, and lemon juice in a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a tumbler with ice (preferably pebble ice) and soda water. Add a light layer of bitters to the top of the cocktail and garnish with a cucumber slice and large sprig of mint.
